What is Paratransit?
RTC’s Paratransit Dedicated Service is a specialized, door-to-door shared transportation service for people with disabilities who are unable to use RTC’s regular fixed-route buses. This service is provided in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, which guarantees equal transportation access for people with disabilities.
