Partner with RTC

Want to do business with RTC? Whether you’re a contractor, supplier, or small business, this page helps you find open opportunities, get certified, and understand how to get paid. We work with local and diverse vendors to build a better Southern Nevada.

Bid on Current Projects

We post all contract opportunities on NGEM (Nevada Government eMarketplace).

  • Go to nevada.ionwave.net
  • Register your business and select your services (commodity codes)
  • Submit bids directly through NGEM

We don’t accept bids by email or mail.

See What’s Coming

Want to plan ahead? We post a 90-day lookahead so you know what bids are coming soon.

Contract Awards

Want to see who was awarded a contract? All final contract decisions are approved at RTC public meetings.

How It Works

1

Find open opportunities

We post all contracts on NGEM. Create an account to view and bid on active projects.

2

Submit your bid or proposal

Follow the instructions in NGEM to upload your documents before the deadline.

3

Get selected and set up

If you’re awarded a contract, you’ll be notified through NGEM. New vendors will be contacted for setup before starting work.

4

Get to work and get paid

We’ll work with you to deliver services and submit invoices. A new vendor payment portal is coming soon.

More Opportunities

Have a Unique Idea?

You can submit an unsolicited proposal via the provided form if you have an innovative idea and can provide details about how it benefits the RTC’s mission.

Supplier Diversity

We’re committed to leveling the playing field for small and disadvantaged businesses. Learn how to become DBE-certified and compete for federally funded contracts.

RiSE Certification

RiSE stands for Reinvesting in Small Enterprise—a program that helps small and diverse businesses connect with contracting opportunities for RTC-funded roadway projects.

If your company works in road construction, design, or related services, getting RiSE-certified can open the door to new partnerships. Larger contractors often use the RiSE database to find qualified small businesses to team up with. Certification is free and helps you stand out.

Advertise with Us

Reach thousands of people a day throughout the valley or in targeted areas. Bus shelters, bus wraps and other transit vehicle advertising options are available with the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada Advertising Program.
