Go to your stop
Here’s what to do once you reach the bus stop:

  • Look for the route number on the sign. RTC transit vehicles stop only at posted stops or shelters. Many stops serve more than one route, so you must check the vehicle header sign for the route number and direction you desire.
  • Use the rideRTC app to see when the next bus is arriving.
  • Wave at the bus as it approaches so the driver knows to stop.

If you use a mobility device or need assistance, let the driver know. RTC buses are fully accessible.

Get on the bus

  • Sit anywhere or use priority seating if you need it.
  • Keep bags and belongings out of the aisle.
  • Watch for your stop—buses announce stops both visually and by audio.
  • Follow the Passenger Code of Conduct posted inside the bus.
